SupplyPike - Collection of Work
As a designer on the Brand Enablement Team, I worked on diverse project for various stakeholders. The position of Design Ops. Intern, meant I was responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all client-facing materials and managing assets to support cross-functional teams. The gif below is one fun example. I made it to celebrate a huge milestone for our company, and it has been shared across our social media.
Another project of mine I’d like to highlight is SupplyPike’s new customer welcome boxes. Based on findings from an internal research campaign focused on increasing retention, the new boxes were made to enhance our customer’s onboarding experience. From the design of the box itself, to the language and look used in the educational materials, to even the choice of company swag, I ensured that the box would be a cohesive system that responded to the pain points we identified in our research. Documentation of the project can be viewed below.
I also lead the revamp of our company icon library. Before this project our icon system was cluttered with in-cohesive styles, and multiple versions of the same idea. I standardized our icon style, redesigning over 60 icons, and used them to replace the old versions on over 100 different assets. I also introduced a dark-mode version to expand their functionality.
The final project I’ll share is part of an ongoing process of creating social proof. In order to build our company’s credibility we use G2 and Captera to collect customer reviews. I created templates for sharing positive feedback on social media that can be reused as the 5 star reviews continue to roll in.
